Steve Condit, Broker

Steve Condit was born in Dover, New Jersey and grew up in Naples, Florida. He comes from a background of Agriculture, Real Estate and Marine environments. Steve’s first business in high school was a Boat & Private Plane detailing business, with private yacht and airport communities clients, where he acquired his passion for boats over 45 feet. Steve is also an avid, inshore and offshore fisherman. As an Alumni from the University of Florida, Steve spread his wings into the Florida Agribusiness industry for 16 years and classified himself into the top 2% of sales executive in the tomato industry. After resigning from the Agribusiness profession, Steve switched his profession to become a Florida Yacht Salesman. It was only when an opportunity was opened up from Rob Thomson and Joe Kelly, at Waterfront Properties & Club Communities and Waterfront Yacht Brokerage, that Steve was enabled to start his Real Estate and Yacht Salesman career with thee most reputable Realty and Yachting organization in Florida. Selling luxury real estate and customized yachts has given Steven a value added edge for his luxury clients as he now pursues his life long dream in the Jupiter, FL area.
