Manufacturer Provided Description

The Marlin 350 SF is a high-performance, semi-custom sportfishing boat designed by blue-water fisherman. It is manufactured with top quality materials using the latest technology in modern boat building. The Marlin 350 SF is built for the angling purist who demands and appreciates reliability, performance, strength, craftsmanship, and ease of maintenance. Return trips of up to 100 miles or more offshore in four- to six-foot seas on the same day, are routine, safe, and extremely comfortable. The hand-laid fiberglass composite design is not only 38 percent lighter than other conventional fiberglass construction, but it is 167 percent stronger - and there's no wood to rot.

Hull and Deck

White gelcoat hull with black rub-rail, boot stripe and a gold accent stripe.  There is a snap-on, full boat cover made from black Sunbrella canvas which has beautifully protected this vessel.  The outboard motors also have matching canvas covers.  The bow has a mounted stainless steel anchor chute with electric windlass controlled from the helm.  There is a stainless plow anchor with stainless lead chain and braided nylon rode.  There is custom decking which is grey with black trim and oriented in a diagonal pattern.  White cushions with black piping trim are in good condition plus there are full boat white coaming pads.  Forward quarter of the boat has a cuddy cabin with door and hinged top hatch and further forward is a Bomar style opening deck hatch which gives light in the cabin.  V-berth has extra thick white cushions and a center filler section with can be tilted up to access an electric marine head.  The anchor locker is accessed on the forward bulkhead via secure hatch.  Two other storage areas are accessed on the aft bulkhead.

There are white powder-coated supports in an arch arrangement which support a hardtop with molded in cockpit flood lights.  Along the aft end of the arch and around the back of the hardtop is a safety grab railing.  The center console helm has a clear plexiglass windscreen and a bench seat in front which when lifted has a storage area and access to the helm wiring and oil reservoirs. The helm console has a locking black plex cover over the Simrad multifunction screen, stereo, and switches.  Two circular gauges for each Yamaha outboard, key switches, and a dual engine control binnacle.  There is also a trim tab switch and center mounted compass.  The helm seat is a bench style with Ivory contoured cushions and arm rests.  The backrest is reversable so the seat can be used facing forward or aft.  Beneath is a large marine Igloo cooler with cushion top which can slide out as an additional seat.  There is a large, removable rear seat against a full transom.  The motors are mounted on a molded platform with the gray decking on the surface.  Beneath the platform on the portside is a retractable swim ladder which has a grab rail to assist with coming out of the water.
