She Is Hull #1 of the N47 series and has been extremely well cared for. The Great Harbour N47 is one of the most versatile and most sought after trawlers on the market today. It is known as a “do anything” vessel with a cult following for the ruggedness and extreme ease of maintenance the N47 exhibits. The engine room on the N47 is recognized as the best on any vessel of its size. It provides full standing headroom to facilitates complete 360-degree access around each engine. No Good Deed is equipped with Yanmar 75hp engines that typically have a service life of over 10,000 hours. The boat is equipped with a top notch fuel polishing system and oil changing system that handles both propulsion engines and the 13kw genset. No Good Deed has electronics with state-of-the-art Garmin Multi Function Displays that include HD radar, charting, bottom sounding, and complete control of the Garmin Auto Pilot. The vessel is also equipped with NEMA 2000 that is viewable on the Garmin System. It would be hard to imagine a better electronics package for a cruising boat of this nature. No Good Deed is fitted with the optional flybridge that incorporates full controls and navigational equipment including bow thruster and 13" Garmin Chartplotter. The flybridge can comfortably seat ten and will accommodate nine for meals at its folding dining table. A full Bimini top with folding radar arch rounds out this beautiful social area. The galley in No Good Deed is as good as it gets for any vessel under 60 feet. Full-size refrigerator, four burner induction cooktop, convection oven, drawer dishwasher, and trash compactor round out a galley that is very workable and adjacent to a large dinette that will seat six easily.Moving forward from the galley to starboard is the guest or day head with spacious shower and macerator electric toilet, vanity sink and medicine chest with mirror. The head incorporates a 12' stainless steel 12” opening port, which is one of ten on the boat.Forward of the guest head is the master suite. A full 60" by 80" Island queen berth is set on centerline, flanked by large storage areas that are a combination of hanging lockers and drawers. At the foot of the queen there are also four huge drawers for clothing storage. The master has its own ensuite head with full amenities including a lighted make-up vanity and a large desk area.Aft of the master to port is the guest stateroom. This cabin combines a comfortable full-size berth for two with plenty of storage space. The Master, Guest Stateroom, Dinette, Galley, and Guest head are all on the same level with no steps. A short five steps up from the lower living area is the saloon with the helm station, navigator's bench and large wrap-around settee with folding table, set opposing a starboard-side settee. The outside areas of the N47 are famous for their protected walkways and super-secure on-deck areas. Access to the dual anchor pulpit in the worst of conditions is confidence-inspiring and safe, thanks to the waist-height rails that wrap around the entire deck. The deck is designed to take any amount of water and quickly drain with no constraints. No Good Deed is ready to head out today on any adventure you can imagine! No Good Deed has a large bow pulpit with two of her anchors ready for instant deployment. Each anchor has 300' of all-chain rode and is deployed and retrieved by the electric Maxwell 1500 dual chain gypsy windlass.Forward of the windshields are two very large deck boxes with space for all your lines, hoses, cleaning supplies, mops, boat hooks, power cords, etc. Moving aft down three steps on each side, the wide walkways make handling lines a breeze. In her cockpit you will find ladder access to her flybridge, a large hatch for access to the rudder lazarette (and still MORE storage), and space for fenders. Access to her large swim platform and swim ladder is from the aft center of the cockpit. The N47 has a huge flybridge, accessed by a very easy-to-negotiate ladder from the cockpit. The ladder steps are fiberglass, non-skid, and very confidence-inspiring. As you climb, you have hold of a robust handrail which continues through the roof opening and all the way up until you are standing on the flybridge deck.Much of the flybridge is shaded by the large folding Bimini top and folding arch.Due to the dinghy being mounted on the stern, this flybridge has aluminum railings all the way around and has the most entertaining space of any N-model Great Harbour on the water! She has a folding dining/cocktail table with room for 6-8 guests, port & starboard forward-facing navigator's seats and a centerline, swiveling helm chair. Full engine instrumentation, stereo system, bow thruster control, and VHF complement the 13" removable Garmin Chartplotter. On a warm, sunny day, it's a great place to con the yacht and entertain your guests. The spacious and comfortable saloon features an L-settee to port with space for 4 along with a hi-lo dining/cocktail table. To starboard is a comfortable settee with room for 3 or 4 more guests. Or just use these spaces for relaxing and reading or watching your favorite shows on the large screen drop-down TV to forward. There is further room for two on the forward-facing nav bench - which is also a great place to work on your computer. There is a large, opening chart table and a big opening space at knee height with room for all your chart books, cruising guides, or safety equipment. All electronics are easily accessed through a fold-forward panel above the engine instrumentation. The breaker panel for the yacht is located on the lower, vertical face of the helm and the entire helm folds forward for easy access to all electrical systems and wiring. The helm has a very comfortable (and adjustable) folding helm seat and a Diamond Sea Glaze "Dutch" door. Simple single handing is accomplished by having the helm door literally one step away from the side deck.No Good Deed's galley is unparalleled in boats her size. She features a home-size, 23 c.f. double door refrigerator/freezer with ice and water in the door, a large microwave/convection oven, drawer-type dishwasher, 4-burner induction cooktop, full-size double kitchen sink, and a trash compactor.Outside the galley is where the separate washer and dryer are located in cabinets. There is also a huge dinette that seats six or more, with a large pantry next to it, and doorway access to the engine room. Lots of opening portlights and opening overhead hatch ensure plenty of air and light in this great entertaining space. No Good Deed has two spacious staterooms. The master features a full queen island berth with memory foam mattress, lots of storage in hanging lockers, drawers and sub-floor alleyways. She has en ensuite head/shower with vanity outside. A working desk completes this matchless space. The guest stateroom features an extra-long full berth for two with storage in drawers and traps. The guest/day head is large and features a flip-up panel over the head to allow lots of counter space. The shower accommodates even the largest guest.Opening a large floor hatch in the saloon provides access to the massive storage area known as the Bosun's Locker. You walk 4 steps down into the 16' wide, by 6' fore-and-aft space with built-in storage shelving and over 5' of headroom. Lighted and dry, this space is great for storing anything you can imagine, including inflatable water toys, bicycles, electric scooters, golf clubs, scuba tanks and gear... whatever you can imagine. Think of it the same way you do your garage or basement at home! The N47 features the largest engine room for any vessel under 60'. Stand up headroom varies from 7' at the workbench, to about 6' throughout the rest of this massive space, making maintenance on the twin Yanmar 75hp turbodiesels safe and easy. She also has a 13kw genset which also has a Yanmar diesel engine. Oil change pump ensures simple oil changes on all three diesels. All incoming seawater comes through the sea chest at the aft end of the engine room. This places all of your seacocks in the same place and virtually eliminates the chances of jellyfish, weeds, or sand being sucked into your sea strainers. The engine shafts, rudder posts and sea chest are the ONLY below-waterline penetrations in the entire hull.No Good Deed's three air conditioning systems were replaced in November, 2020.
